Why we built HeyOne AI
Most AI isn't yours. It's borrowed.

We thought small businesses and operators deserved better. So we built it.
Where we come from
We started on the floor. We never left.
HeyOne AI was born inside a million-square-foot manufacturing ecosystem. We didn't start as an AI lab. We started as builders and makers.
We watched our own teams drown in repetitive tasks, answering the same enquiries, chasing the same follow-ups, managing the same workflows. So we built AI agents for ourselves first. Then we realised every person and business faces the same problems.
Today, HeyOne AI exists for one reason: to put the power of AI into the hands of every founder, every business owner, every team lead, regardless of technical background. Because the future shouldn't be exclusive.

We'd rather show than tell, so we'll keep this brief. The people behind HeyOne AI have spent two decades operating real businesses across manufacturing, aerospace, software and hospitality. We helped grow an R&D unit into a million-square-foot facility, worked on the team behind South Asia's first drone delivery of COVID-19 vaccines, and ran the commercial side of US government and military healthcare supply (VA, DoD, USAF, US Navy) and US K-12 market development.
Along the way we trained India's WorldSkills representatives and built an industrial training program on the Swiss Hybrid Education Model. We mention any of it for one reason: it taught us how real work actually gets done. That's what we build for now, and the only thing we're trying to hand back is your time.
